Two CSVs: a card feed (txn_id, transaction_ts, posted_date, amount,
merchant_descriptor, plus optional mcc, employee_id,
employee_name, approval_ref, memo) and a ledger export
(gl_id, entry_date, description, debit, plus optional
credit, account_code, department, source_ref). The whole
pipeline runs on it.
